Sure Link Systems has optimized its software-enabled process offerings to address the ever-growing need of end users and integrators to design and deploy complex systems solutions. Like most systems integration companies, Sure Link's Professional Services division maintains a multidisciplinary engineering team familiar with most aspects of building and maintaining a leading edge connectivity solution. However, unlike most of our competitors, Sure Link specializes in delivering the configuration and deployment services that make up the "middle" of the typical implementation process wedged between traditional design and consulting services on one hand and traditional support services (e.g., maintenance) on the other.

Sure Link Systems leverages the software-enabled process methodology to accept a structured hand-off of relevant information from our customer, a qualified consultant or systems integrator and then provides a wide range of services to ensure the successful preparation, configuration, documentation, shipment and installation of that solution. Design review and feedback are handled by appropriate technical specialist and process consultants within the Professional Services division to ensure that we address every aspect of a customer's design. These consulting engineers and technical work in conjunction with our customers and partners to define and prepare the proper job flow for an engagement and make modifications to our standard implementation methodology.
